BUSD Developer Fees, Effective July 15, 2024

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - $5.17 per square foot
COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (CID) - $0.84 per square foot.
SELF STORAGE - $0.25 per square foot.
 
Fees are collected Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am and 3:30 pm, except holidays, at the District Office (Room 4) of the Bonsall Unified School District located at 31505 Old River Road, Bonsall, California.  No appointment is necessary, however, it is recommended to call ahead to verify information.
 
Payee must bring the original copy of the Agency Clearance Form issued by the Department of Planning & Land Use of San Diego County.  This form will be signed off at the time of payment of fees.
 
Payment to be made payable to Bonsall Unified School District, in the form of a CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.  Personal or business checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
